| Introductory Letter English |

| Membership Application Form |
The form required when applying to become a member of the Club. |

| Breeders License Application Form |
This application is to be completed if you are interested in becoming a registered Breeder with the Club. |

| Litter Return Form |
This form is to be completed if you are wanting to register a litter of puppies with the Club. |

| Stud Certificate |
This form needs to be completed by the owner of any stud dog you have used. It is submitted in conjunction with the Litter Return. |

| Breed Approval Form |
This form needs to be completed by an A judge prior to you breeding with your terriers. If you are unable to reach an A judge with your terrier, your local vet has to declare the dog “free of any genetic defects” before breeding. You then have a year in which you need to have your terrier approved by an A Judge or a designated B Judge, otherwise all your listings are null and void. |
